Before-sale problems

1. Do we provide free proofing? How about the proofing process?
We provide customers with free proofing services. Customers can send products or materials to the company, and we will test for the most suitable cutting or marking effect from our laser machines. We will provide customers with sample parameters, sample detail graphs, proofing reports, videos and so on. If necessary, we can send samples back to the customer, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

2. How is the equipment shipped?
Customers can either cooperate with their own freight forwarders, or choose our company’s freight forwarding to carry goods.

3. How long will delivery take?
Conventional models, such as the CMA universal cutting system series, delivery is generally 7 business days. If during the peak production period, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Other specific system’s delivery dates please consult details from the relevant regional salesman.

4. What’s the warranty period?
The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment, but optical components and vulnerable parts are not covered. For other specific systems please consult details from the relevant regional salesman.

5. What services are provided during the warranty period?
If fittings of the machine are damaged during the warranty period, we provide free replacement or maintenance services. Customers need to send the damaged fittings to our company, and we will replace or repair fittings according to the extent of the damage. Then the new parts will be sent back, but shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. How about the maintenance of the aftermarket machine?
Our after-sale engineers will provide 16 hours online services every day, through online solutions, remote guidance, mail answering questions and other forms, timely response to customer’s problems.
If necessary, we can send engineers for overseas customers to provide door-to-door services, including installation, commissioning, training, maintenance etc. Customers will be required to pay for the airfare, insurance fee, visa fee, accommodation, transportation, and service charge of $150 per day.
