CMA130-R-A upgraded universal CO2 laser cutter is mainly focused on materials which features good absorption of CO2 laser so that this cutter can be applied in blow molding industry. The applications include cutting with set linear speed of rotating body which is made of PMMA, PC and various kinds of plastic materials.

• CMA130-R-A upgraded universal CO2 laser cutter adopts trapezoidal screw motion system which can adjust the X, Z position of horizontal cutting head.
• The laser cutter adopts two laser heads which can produce horizontal lasers. By cooperation with constant rotation of revolving table, the cutter can realize cutting of products according to the pre-setting.
• This laser cutter adopts laser tube digital ammeter and locked current switch so that the cutting laser intensity can be simply and accurately set.
• The revolving table is equipped with different kinds of clamping fixture which can realize accurate positioning of relative blow molding products.
• The machine body is welded by square tubes. By matching with motion system developed by Han’s laser, the stable running of the cutter can be ensured.
• This cutter uses homemade superior laser tube which features good facula quality because of stable output power.
