Product Feature
1. The sheet and tube fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with a double drive gantry structure and a strengthened welded lathe bed. The finish-milling gantry is annealed and processed by vibration aging to relieve stress.
2. Configured with German IPG laser, German IGUS cables.
3. SIMENS contactor, SCHINEIDER breaker and servo motor and other components from trusted names.
4. High-hardness aviation-grade aluminum alloy is adopted to make the crossbeam, which is treated by finite element and dynamic simulation analysis, drawing and finish machining technologies, achieving light weight, high rigidity and excellent dynamic performance.
5. Japanese SMC ultra-high voltage solenoid valve, Siemens and Schneider electrical components, Rexroth precision electronic proportional valve.
6. The gas path system consists of over 20 sets of components, including complete functions like air pressure real time monitoring, low- or high-pressure alert, automatic gas exchange. No manual operation.
